Preschool Education
The goal of Preschool Education Program is to provide training to teacher candidates. In Preschool Education program, teacher candidates receive both theoretical and pedagogical content knowledge as well as practical training for teaching children from 0 to 6.
The duration of education is four years in Preschool Education Program, and the language of education is Turkish. The undergraduate program consists of 240 ECTS credit.
Students must obtain a grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and successfully pass all courses on the programme (equivalent to a total of 240 ECTS).
Graduates from Preschool Teacher Education Program can work at public and private preschools, kindergartens and day care centers. Furthermore, they can apply Preschool Education Master Program if they want to attend a graduate program.
